"Practice meets innovation-Intelligent wear protection through PVD coatings & cutting edges" - participants from various companies, research areas and RKW Thüringen met on June 18 to discuss this topic.  The focus was on extending tool life through intelligent wear protection and PVD technologies in combination with coating post-processing.
